This privacy policy is provided pursuant to section. 13 of Legislative Decree no. June 30, 2003, n. 196 (“Code concerning the protection of personal data”).

Consultation and site usage www.berarma.it does not, in itself, no processing of personal data (hereinafter, the “Users “) or only the processing of personal data anonymously, in a manner that does not allow their detection.

By implementing the procedure of registration services offered, the Members voluntarily provide to the owner of the personal data.

Personal data provided by you will be treated in accordance with the principles of data protection established by the Code for the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable standards .

The provision of data is optional; but the absence of data will prevent the possibility to use the services provided by the blog and newsletter reserved to registered users.

The owner of the data

Personal data are processed by the data processing with automated tools and for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Purpose of treatment

The personal data collected through registration to the services offered by the Portal (by way of example, subscription to newsletters, articles, invitations to events, request information on the blog or contact requests) and / or by inserting comments to articles published in it are treated in order to allow the use of services provided by the Blog and reserved to registered users. Any processing for statistical purposes is carried out exclusively on anonymous data. Except as permitted by law or set out in this privacy policy, personal data will not be disclosed without your consent.

Personal data are processed and stored in Italian and will be accessible only to the Data Controller, unless access to any consultants formally appointed as managers or processors.
